RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

 

SHIPPING


Edith Hair Plus offers free shipping within Australia for selected goods over $95. Orders will incur a shipping fee. For Regular Delivery Service (allow up to 7 business days).


All orders are supplied from Perth, Western Australia. We endeavor to process and dispatch orders which are in stock within 1-2 business days. Delivery of orders will then take a further 3-10 business days depending on your location. For orders containing dangerous goods (e.g. relaxers or oils), please also allow an additional 2 business days for processing. 


Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Edith Hair Plus reasonable control.

PRODUCTS


If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased at Edith Hair Plus, please contact us to exchange the item within 14 days


If you receive an item that you believe it damaged or faulty, please return to the salon where you made your purchase to receive an exchange within 14 days.

Electronic items such as styling tools may need to be replaced or repaired directly through the manufacturer. There are 3 options for receiving your purchased product/’s. 

 

  1. Collection from chosen salon. You must specify if you would like to collect your product from our salon, if you don’t we will contact you via the provided contact details. If these details are incorrect we will do our best to get in contact with you. The salon will hold your chosen product for 3 days, if you do not collect within this time period we cannot guarantee the stock will be available within the salon and you may have to wait until a new order arrives.

  2. Delivery to premises ‘paid. We will post your purchase using Australia Post standard postage parcel. We will provide you with a tracking number on the parcel. We cannot guarantee postage times nor where they will leave the parcel. We will do our best to assist you with shipping concerns but inquiries may be directed to Australia post.

  3. Free Shipping – Free shipping is made available to those who spend over a certain amount, however certain products may be excluded if delivery is specialised. Free shipping may be implemented, taken down or changed at any point under Edith Hair Plus discretion. 
     

CHANGE OF MIND


Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items due to a change of mind, or if they have been opened or used (except if item is faulty).


FAULTY PRODUCTS


IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT IN STORE
Simply take the product and valid proof of purchase to the store of purchase for a refund or exchange.  We accept no responsibility for any professional hair product applied outside our salon.


IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCTS ONLINE


CANCELLATION 
If your product is not available we will contact you, cancel the order and return to you any money paid in respect of that product. 


Once an order is placed the order cannot be cancelled.


If you really have a special circumstances need to cancel the order, please contact us by Email info@edithhairplus.com.au within 24 hours. We will calculate the cancellation time according to the time of the email is received.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We aim to show the top quality to our customers, and if there is any questions about the goods, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back with the exchange and return in no used state within 14 days of receipt.
•    All items must be in new condition, items cannot be tried on and cannot be worn, with all original packaging.
•    All items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
•    Items that do not meet these criteria will be charged a 50% fee OR you can opt to have the items sent back; and the reshipping fees will be charged.
•    Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
•    Promotional items of the product being returned must also be sent back, otherwise retail value will be charge.


RETURNS
At Edith Hair Plus your complete satisfaction is our top priority. 
We offer the return instruction. Before you return the goods, please contact us via email, (info@edithhairplus.com.au ) to discuss the problem you are concerned about first. 


If you wish to return your order, please notify us by email or live chat firstly, stating the reason and the order number within 14 days of receipt. And ask the customer service staff for the return address. 


Please do not return the goods without permission. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. 
All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. 


Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
 
REFUNDS

 

We are glad to tell you that If you wish to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partially or fully refunded depending on the situation. 

You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return. 
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. 


Please allow 5-7working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. 
You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. 


Please allow up to 5-10 working days for the funds to reflect on your account. 
The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss the returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 
 
DELIVERY


If orders are place separately they cannot be consolidated into a single order and you will be liable to pay the delivery amount attached to each separate order. If products are to be delivered to a person other than you, you undertake to obtain consent to give their personal details to us.
If any details provided by you to us are incomplete, incorrect or not current, to the full extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you or a third party for a failure or delay in processing an order. We use Australian Post delivery services to deliver the order.
